| As demonstrated above You can see that a table inside another table is easily possible, and at times could be very useful. Because text and graphics can be easily aligned using tables I consider using and understanding tables very important in writing HTML. |
| At one time everyone was using frames to get the job done, I have never liked frames because it's too easy for someone to get caught in a frame, or follow a misdirected link into a frame and not be able to return to the index easily. |
