Preparation:Clean the area where the sign will be mounted with soap and water when possible and allow to dry completely. Surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, dust, oils and other contaminants. |

Step 1:Using short pieces of masking tape position and align your sign with the correct orientation on the surface it will be mounted on.If your sign consists of letters cut out the sign should be covered with application tape prior to hanging the sign into position. | ![]() |
Step 2:Secure the sign with a strip of masking tape across the top edge of your sign to create a hinge so you can fold it up when needed.Fold the sign up and carefully remove the paper backing material from the sign exposing the sign’s adhesive. | ![]() |
Step 3:Using a rubber or firm plastic squeegee press top edge of sign or lettering onto surface while lowering and working down and out from center to keep from creating air pockets.Take your time, help may be needed from someone to hold one side (especially with larger sizes) while you carefully lower and squeegee the sign. | ![]() |
Step 4:Carefully remove the tape securing the sign, then remove application tape being careful to leave sign or lettering in place. | ![]() |
Finished:If any air pockets do form use a needle or sharp tip knife to prick a tiny hole and allow air to escape then squeegee as needed. |
