Code	Error Description
`412`	Drift amount on `X` axis is excessive. (Exceeds 500VELO)
`422`	Drift amount on `Z` axis is excessive. (Exceeds 500VELO)

Fanuc 6T Error Details
Item	Cause	Check procedure	Countermeasure
1	Connection trouble	Check the connection of power wires to servo motor. Check the connection between position detector and servo motor.	Repair the fault.
2	Setting miss of drift compensation value	Check whether the contents of parameter No. 124, 125 exceeds 500 or not.	In emergency stop ON condition, set 7^th bit (`ADFT`) of parameter number 006 to '0' and set the contents of parameter No. 124, 125 to '0'. And then rest (`ADFT`) to '1' and release the emergency stop.
3	Trouble in Velocity control unit and/or position control circuit	Check the trouble by changing when there is a spare PCB.	Replace the PCB with a spare one.
