| When initial setting amount of offset exceeds +-999.999mm. this alarm will occur. | Clear the offset amount and reset the normal amount.
Methods of clear
1) Set parameter write to ENABLE side.
2) Power on with pressing CAN and DELET. In this case parameters are also cleared, they will need to be reprogrammed. |
