 June 3 - The old house being demolished |
 June 9 - A few loads of dirt had been brought in as fill the removed septic system and level off the ground prior to planting pilings. |
 June 10 - I was told that the floor joyst were 1 1/2 inches too long (pilings to narrow ?) and it slowed progress for the weekend. |
 June 13 - Floor joyst were finished up and plywood decking started going down. |
 June 15 - Plywood decking was finsihed and 2 walls were erected. |
 June 16 - All walls up, and the roof started. |
 June 17 - The roof line was extended, rafters and interior walls fishished up. |
 June 25 - After a week of no work, the crew arrived today and quickly had the stairs up and began placing plywood on the exterior walls. |
 June 28 - Workers showed up for part of the day, but only did finishing touches on what had been done. |
 June 29 - Today windows and moisture barrier were installed along with siding (3/8" hardi plank) above the front above porch. |
 June 30 - Hardiplank was finished up around the house and exterior doors were hung. |
 July 6 - After getting a few days wait for plumbing to be inspected, a crew showed up and laid down the roof decking. |
 July 8 - Today the crew showed up early and knocked out the roof before noon, later in the afternoon plumbing was being worked on inside. |
