September 13 @ 11:56 am - I was headed to check out my mom's house on Youpon, hardly anyone had even been down the street at this point and it is still flooded in some places. Standing in the middle of the street about 300 feet down is my mom's neighbor Steve and his dogs. He and his family (7 people) headed out during the eye of the storm on his boat and reached 54^th and Avenue S before bottoming out, they walked the rest of the way to The SanLuis for shelter. :)
