September 13 @ 2:14 pm - I never saw a single City of Galveston street sweeper come west of 61^ST. They should have put the cops to driving street sweepers instead of their cars, the steets would have been cleaned up in no time, and the cops would have been able to see much more than they did speeding by all the time.
